Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By submitting a service request to Snagg, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Snagg LLC provides local errand and convenience services including but not limited to laundry pickup and return, package and Amazon returns, heavy item delivery, and express errands. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Service Requests
When you submit a service request through our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We will do our best to fulfill your request as described. Pricing is confirmed before work begins, and you are responsible for all charges associated with your request.
3. Prohibited Items
We do not transport or handle hazardous materials, cash, controlled substances, firearms, or any illegal items. We reserve the right to refuse any request that involves these items.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment through secure electronic methods. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of service.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel any request before a Snagger has begun work without charge. If work has already begun, cancellation fees may apply. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Liability
Snagg's liability for any item is limited to the lesser of repair cost or fair market replacement value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to hold Snagg harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Insurance
While we take every precaution to protect your belongings, we recommend that you maintain appropriate insurance coverage for high-value items. Our liability coverage is limited as described in Section 6.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Snagg LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Snagg LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
