    If approved, we send pickup details, timing, and any follow-up questions by email (and text, if you opted in).

    Pickup

    Your Snagger meets you at the pickup location during your chosen window. No cash, no fuss — just a friendly handoff.

  4. Step 4

    Weight + final estimate

    For laundry, we weigh your items on our partnered facility's scale and confirm the final price with you before washing begins.

  5. Step 5

    Service begins

    Your order is handled by Snagg and/or our partnered facility with care. We'll flag anything unusual before we act.

  6. Step 6

    Delivery / completion

    We notify you when your order is on the way or complete, and payment is collected only after everything is done.
